Wildlife Tracking
learn how to read the stories of the wild around you
January 18, 2020- Humber valley
Open up your awareness of the natural world with this half-day Wildlife Tracking Workshop right here in the city!
If you move through the forest from the lens of a tracker, you can notice more than just the trees and the sky. Tracking is a way to understand the exciting story of nature! The forest becomes alive as you start to learn what animals live there, find their homes, and get to know their patterns.
Come explore the wilds of an urban ravine- right here in Toronto- with passionate Outdoor Educator and Level III certified tracker Lee Earl. Together you will explore the winter animal life, learn track and trail ID features, and opening up our awareness. From deer tracks to winter ecology, there will be a variety of tips and tricks on how to build your tracking and nature knowledge. All experience levels welcome!

ActiveDays is also a community. This is an inclusive space to meet new people, share stories and have fun! To us, there is no better place to get to know someone than the outdoors. We all share a desire to get out, explore and move.
