Discovery Snowshoe Tour at Mt. Seymour
Come snowshoe at one of our favourite mountains!
february 29th, 2020
Come join us for a winter adventure!
Mt. Seymour is one of our favourite local mountains. Decked out in snow and so close to the city, it offers great forest and city views, along with beautiful trails for snowshoeing and other winter activities.
We will be going on a snowshoe tour with a certified guide from Mt. Seymour who will show us the best trails and educate us about safety in winter environments and the animals that live on the mountain. After a perfect winter morning, we’ll end the day with a cozy cup of hot chocolate!
Whether this is your first time snowshoeing, or you’re looking for a great day outside, this is the trip for you!
Please note: there can be drastic changes in winter weather and this trip may be cancelled if the conditions are deemed to be too dangerous. All participants will be notified and refunded if that is the case.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH ACTIVEDAYS
To us, facilitating this event is about creating an environment that you can engage with in your own way. This is your experience and everyone has their own relationship with the outdoors and their bodies. We want to meet you where you are at — you can take part in the group activities OR choose your own adventure.
Active Days is also a community. This is an inclusive space to meet new people, share stories and have fun! To us, there is no better place to get to know someone than the outdoors. We all share a desire to get out, explore and move.
Hope to see you there!
